Purpose
The Magdan Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The specific purposes of the Foundation include, but are not limited to:
Promoting Mental Health Awareness:
Engaging in activities that educate the public about mental health issues and the importance of mental wellness. Housing and housing support.
Providing Support and Resources:
Offering programs, workshops, and resources for individuals facing mental health challenges, substance abuse including counseling and support groups.
Conducting Community Outreach:
Implementing outreach initiatives aimed at reducing stigma associated with mental illness and substance through public campaigns and educational programs.
Collaboration with Other Organizations:
Partnering with local, state, and national organizations to enhance the availability and quality of mental and substance abuse health services.
Fundraising Activities:
Organizing events and campaigns to raise funds that will support the Foundation's mental health substance abuse initiatives and programs.
